Acne Treatment
Treatment for acne, a skin disorder caused by clogged hair follicles due to excess oil from the sebaceous
glands of the skin.

Acne treatment is especially crucial for teens; the condition can deflate their self-esteem and
cause teen depression.

When applying acne treatment, try an all-week diet of fresh fruits. Avoid citrus, bananas, dried
or canned fruits. Lemon can be added to hot or cold water (plain only, no juices, carbonated or
caffeinated) along with the local treatments below.
- Mix 3 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder paste (ground the cinnamon into powder and mix with
water to make paste). Apply this paste on the acne before sleeping and wash it in the morning with warm water.
If done daily for two weeks it removes acne from the roots.

For an acne treatment, make a face pack with ½ grated and skinned cucumber, oatmeal cooked in milk, and
cooked, mashed carrots. Apply 1-2x a week.

Boil 1 teaspoon salt in ½ liter water. Wash the face with it when warm, leaving it on the face to dry.
Do it at bedtime.

Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice with 1 teaspoon finely ground cinnamon powder. To be applied on the affected
areas gently and frequently.

Make orange peel paste by grinding it and mixing it with some water. Use on the face.

Rub fresh garlic over an acne several times a day. Also consume garlic or garlic pills orally.

For acne
spots, apply lemon juice with a cotton bud on the acne directly. Lemon acts as bactericide.

Mix and heat up for 2 minutes 1 cup grounded black seed, ½ cup grounded pomegranate skin and ½ cup
apple cider vinegar. Apply on the acne area before going to sleep every night until it disappears. The
mixture can last 3 weeks and has to be kept in cool temperature for your continous acne treatment.
