Allergy Relief
Allergy is hypersensitivity, or over-reaction of the body's immune system to a particular
antigen.

For allergy relief of the intestinal tract, skin, and nasal
passages, add 5 drops castor oil in ½ cup water, fruit or vegetable juice. Take on an empty stomach in
the morning.

For any kinds of allergy relief, squeeze ½ lime and add 1 teaspoon honey in a glass of lukewarm water
and 1 tsp honey. Take 1x daily for several months. But if allergic to citrus, do not use this remedy.

For allergy relief of skin rashes, digestive disorders, or asthma, eat 1-2 bananas a day unless they
cause allergic reactions.

Drink 500ml carrot juice alone, or a mixture of 100ml each beet and cucumber juices and 300ml carrot
juice. Take 1x daily.

For relief of food allergy, roast separately in an ungreased pan 1 oz. each cumin, fennel and white
sesame seeds. Stir frequently to prevent burnt. Mix all of them together with ½ tsp rock salt. Store in
a glass container and chew a little after eating any food.

These 8 foods account for 90% of all food allergy reactions: egg, fish, milk, peanut, other nuts
(hazelnut, walnut, cashew, etc), shellfish, soy and wheat.

Milk can be substituted with water or fruit juice in equal amounts, or for allergy to cows' milk,
substitute with almonds, sesame seed, peanut or rice milk. Goat's milk protein may not be a safe
alternative because it is similar to the cow's. Substitute 1-3 eggs with 1 teaspoon baking powder + 1
tablespoon liquid + 1 tablespoon vinegar, or 1 teaspoon yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water, or one
and a half tablespoon water + one and a half tablespoon oil + 1 teaspoon baking powder.

Wheat flour can be substituted with rice flour, potato starch flour, soy flour, corn flour.

Take Vitamin C complex (bioflavonoids help immunize the body), B5
brings allergy relief) and Vitamin E (contain anti-allergic properties) to help prevent allergy and
give allergy relief.
