Put 2 - 3 dates in a glass and pour boiling water over it. Leave the mixture overnight and drink it in
the morning. Do this for 2 weeks.
Soak 2 - 3 dried figs in 1 cup water overnight. In the morning eat the figs with milk. Do this every
day for 1 month.
One ripe banana with 1 tablespoon honey to be taken 1 - 2x a day.
Take 1 cup pomegranate juice mixed with 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon and 2
tablespoons honey every day.
Eat apples for its high iron, arsenic and phosphorus content. Drink the juice of 1 kg (2 lbs) apples
daily ½ hour before meals and before going to bed.
Boil 6 teaspoons crushed aniseed with 6 red rose petals in 1½ cup water. Filter out and drink twice

Honey is the best blood enricher by raising corpuscle content. The darker the honey the more minerals it contains. One 1 teaspoon in the morning or evening to
be taken everyday for anemia.
Almonds contain copper in organic form in the range of 1.15mg per 100 gram.
Copper with iron and vitamins in almonds act as a catalyst for the formation of new blood cells, needed for anemia. Eat a few almonds everyday.
Vitamin C promotes iron absorption, take this by squeezing sour lemon on food.
Apricot is good for anemia. Eat it for its high iron content.
Do not drink tea or coffee immediately after meals.
