Natural anti aging is mental, psychological, habit and diet. The rest is easy.
- As olive oil strengthens the hair and body,
it can be used as a good tonic and for promoting the anti aging process.
- Drink 6 - 8 glasses of pure water every day to hydrate and the body and encourage anti aging.
- Avoid alcohol-based products, caffein, drugs, smoking and passive smoking. Alcohol even in small amounts
lead to addiction. Smoking damages internal organs and the microcirculation to the skin and hair, making them
both dull, gray, and lifeless. Smoking also leads to early wrinkles, especially around the mouth, retarding the anti aging process.
- Avoid sugary, processed foods which is bad for anti aging.
- Take foods with beta carotene, an antioxidant that slows the aging process.
- Periodic fasting gives the opportunity for the body's natural anti aging elements to repair itself.
Over-eating reverses anti aging and should be avoided at all times.
- Practice good eating

- A British study concludes that a super lean diet (which means cutting off normal calories intake
drastically) starting at 40 years of age leads to longevity. This after studying fruit flies that were put on a
restricted diet surviving twice longer than those who were on a normal diet.
- Avoid the harsh sun, especially between 10am to 3pm when the sun's UV rays are strongest. Apply vitamin E
when exposed to the sun to repair skin tissues, vitamin A to reverse sun damage, vitamin C to regenerate and
strengthen collagen-producing fibers in the skin and take vitamins B complex to repair, regenerate and
moisturize skin tissue. Too much sun is also responsible for age spots and wrinkles, and retards anti aging.
