Anxiety Treatment
Anxiety is a feeling of overwhelming apprehension, nervousness or fear.

For fear, nervousness, and general anxiety, grind the pulp of tamarind (without the seeds) into a fine
paste. Place in a thin cloth and squeeze out the juice. Mix 2 teaspoons of it with 2 teaspoons each
honey and lime juice in 1 cup water. Drink the mixture on an empty stomach.

For anxiety treatment, soak 10 raw almonds overnight in water. Peel off the skins and put
them in the blender with 1 cup milk added. Also add a pinch of ginger and a small of pinch of nutmeg
and saffron while blending. Drink the mixture.

When there's a fast heart rate, take 1 cup orange juice with 1 teaspoon
honey and a pinch of nutmeg.
- For nervousness and anxiety treatment, take a mixture of equal quantities beet juice and honey 2x a
day.

Steep 1 tablespoon oats in ΒΌ liter boiling water. Cool, then strain before taking several times a day.

Drink valerian and chamomile tea.

Drink 1 cup milk with 1 teaspoon honey and a pinch of cinnamon (or nutmeg) added at bedtime to
relax as part of anxiety treatment regime.
