Arteriosclerosis

Arteriosclerosis is hardening of the arteries, and the gradual loss of elasticity of the arterial walls.

  • Finely cut 1 - 2 lemons of its peel and soak in warm water for about 12 hours. Take 1 teaspoon of the water every 3 hours, or immediately before or after meals. Lemon peel can also be shredded and sprinkled over salads, soups, etc. Taking lemon peel for its vitamin P to help strengthen arteries and avoid arteriosclerosis.
  • Use regularly cold-pressed oils such as olive oil, safflower and flax seed which can be added to the food to be taken through several small meals throughout the day rather than in few big meals.
  • Boil 3 garlic in a glass of milk. Take the mixture every night.
  • Embark on a fast of fresh fruits juices (eg. lemon, grapefruit, pineapple) or raw vegetables juices for 5-7 days. After which practice a well-balanced diet of (raw and sprouted) seeds, grains and nuts, vegetables and fruits.
  • Simmer slowly 1 cup water with 1 teaspoon dry parsley added. Take 2 - 3x daily.
  • Drink 500ml of carrot or spinach juice. If combined, take 300ml of the juices carrot with 200ml spinach 1x daily.
  • Drink 500ml beet juice to dissolve calcium deposits and prevent arteriosclerosis.
  • Take a mixture of 1 glass water and 1 teaspoons each lemon and honey before going to bed.
  • Soak 300gm onion in 1 liter water for 12 hours, then drink it 3 glasses a day.
  • Include in the daily diet garlic and onions as they help prevent arteriosclerosis.
  • Parsley helps maintain the health of arteries. Simmer parsley in warm water and consume the beverage several times daily.
  • Taking Vitamin C helps convert cholesterol into bile acids.
  • Avoid all hydrogenated fats and too much saturated fats like animal fat, butter, cream and ghee.
  • Avoid meat, salt and all refined and processed foods, condiments, sauces, pickles , strong tea, coffee, white sugar, white flour and white flour produce.
  • Do not cook in aluminum and copper utensils as toxic metals produced are deposited on the walls of the aorta and the arteries.
  • Do not smoke as smoking constricts the arteries and worsens arteriosclerosis.
