Embark on a fruit and vegetable, and protein and carbohydrate diet as part of your arthritis treatment.
Take salad such as cabbage, carrot, celery, cucumber, endive, lettuce, onion, radishes, tomatoes and
watercress and a minimum of two cooked vegetables such as asparagus, beets, cauliflower, cabbage,
carrots, celery, brinjal, mushroom, onions, peas, beans, spinach, tomatoes, squash and turnips.

Keep water in a copper container overnight and drink it first thing in the morning to prevent frequent
joint pains as the traces of copper help strengthen the muscular
system. (A copper ring or bracelet can also be worn for this purpose).

Take 1 cup hot water with 2 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder added. Drink daily
morning and night. Workable even for chronic arthritis treatment.

Use the natural iodine in sea-water to to regulate acid-alkali balance in the blood and tissues, repair
and regenerate wearied tissues and nourish the skeletal structure. Sea bath for about 30 minutes each
time 1-2x a week, or soak in warm bath and 1 cup sea salt every night for 30 minutes to
cleanse toxins off the bloodstream, which is beneficial for arthritis.

Mix 1:2 part honey to lukewarm-water and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder. Make a paste and massage it on the
itching part of the body. The pain will recede within a minute or two.

Mix 2 teaspoons lemon juice with 1 teaspoon honey in 1 cup warm water. Take 2x daily as part
of the arthritis treatment regime.

Remove the central rib of a cabbage leaf, then pound the leaf gently to soften it. Bind to painful
arthritic areas with a bandage.

Apply on the arthritic parts a mixture of equal quantities onion juice and mustard oil.
