Lower Backache

Treatment for back pain localized in the lower back, with symptoms being pain, stiffness, and/or burning sensation.

Lower backache

  • Mix honey with ¼ teaspoon black seed and take it first thing in the morning before breakfast.
  • Eat 2 - 3 cloves of garlic every morning.
  • Drink 2 glasses of water as soon as back pain strike due to pains caused by dehydration.
  • Slow fry till brown 10 cloves garlic in 60 ml of oil (mustard, sesame, or coconut) and use it as ointment for the back. Let the oil remain for three hours, then take a warm shower. Do this consecutively for 2 weeks or more.
  • Mix ½ glass lemon juice with a pinch of common salt and take 2x daily.
  • Take 2000mg vitamin C daily to relieve low back pain and prevent spinal disc or lower back surgery.
  • Apply slices of raw potato to the area.
  • Pound 5 - 6 almonds and mix them with a glass of milk. Drink the milk everyday.
