Produce more milk during breastfeeding

Take ½ teaspoon grounded cinnamon with 1 cup milk when breastfeeding.

Take finely pounded aniseed and soak in water for 20 minutes. Mix 1:1 with honey and take every
morning, or 2 cups drink aniseed tea once or twice daily when breastfeeding.

Grind a handful of bitter gourd leaves till fine and apply the paste on the breasts when breastfeeding.

Massage 1 teaspoon warm castor oil or grounded castor leaves over the breasts to stimulate the mammary
glands, and heal sore breasts when breastfeeding. Gently massage from the breastbone to the armpit,
both underneath and around the nipple (avoid the nipple as baby will get diarrhea), and to the side. Do
this before the morning shower and at bedtime.

Take ½ teaspoon blackseed with honey then drink warm water every morning before breakfast during
breastfeeding.

Consume dates to enrich breast milk and produce more milk during
breastfeeding.

Eat the mixture of a handful of hot, crusted rice and a tablespoon of salted water and grated coconut
everyday.

Skin and cleanse 1 radish , then grate. Mix the grated radish with a glass of warm water and drink it
2x a day.

Eat rice porridge mixed with ½ teaspoon grounded fenugreek seeds daily.

Eat cooked unripe papayas frequently.

To stimulate lactation during breastfeeding, boil 2 teaspoons aniseed in barley water. Take 2- 3x a
day.
