Bruises

naturally heals bruises
  • Soak some cabbage in water to soften, then heat over a low fire and apply to the bruises when warm.
  • Use mustard leaf as dressing to draw blood away from the bruises.
  • Place crushed, fresh parsley over the bruises.
  • To draw blood away from the bruises, rub gently black pepper oil over it.
  • To relieve the bruise and swelling, mix 2 tablespoons ground mustard seed, 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions and apply to the area before covering with a bandage.
  • To prevent black and blue marks from bruises, dip a cut onion in apple cider vinegar and rub on the bruise with it.
  • Make a dressing soaked in vinegar and apply on the bruise.
  • Place grounded roasted onions on the bruise.
