Bruises

Soak some cabbage in water to soften, then heat over a low fire and apply to the bruises when warm.

Use mustard leaf as dressing to draw blood away from the bruises.

Place crushed, fresh parsley over the bruises.

To draw blood away from the bruises, rub gently black pepper oil over it.

To relieve the bruise and swelling, mix 2 tablespoons ground mustard seed, 1 tablespoon honey and 1
tablespoon finely chopped onions and apply to the area before covering with a bandage.

To prevent black and blue marks from bruises, dip a cut onion in apple cider vinegar and rub on the
bruise with it.

Make a dressing soaked in vinegar and apply on the bruise.

Place grounded roasted onions on the bruise.
