Bursitis
Inflammation of the bursae, lubricating pads separating tendons from bones in parts of the body

Add water to 1 teaspoon sandalwood powder to make paste. Apply on the bursitis.

Rub with sesame oil, eucalyptus oil or tea tree oil gently on the bursitis area.

To clear the toxins that accumulate in the colon and lead to bursitis, take 1 cup hot milk with 2-3
teaspoons castor oil added at bedtime.

Avoid ice-cold drinks, hot, spicy and fermented foods and beans so as not to aggravate bursitis.
