Chilblain
Chilblain is inflammation or injury caused by cold. It is similar to frostbite, but without the freezing of
tissue beneath the skin.

Rub a slice of lemon dipped in coarse sea salt on unbroken affected skin.

Rub with a cut onion dipped in salt on the chilblain 2x daily.

To speed up healing, apply aloe vera gel on the chilblain.

To speed up healing of chilblain, take rose hip tea for the vitamin C, or take foods rich in vitamin C
or in supplement form.

Drink 1 teaspoon horsetail tea in 1 cup boiling water 3x daily.

Eat ginger, or drink ginger tea to stimulate circulation and help blood flow to the surface.
Cold Hands and Feet

Roast over a fire 7 cloves of garlic and a thumb-sized ginger until yellowed. Cut the ginger into 7
pieces and take one of each every day.

Drink spinach juice for cold feet.

Eat vitamin E foods: (avocadoes, wheat germ), niacin (brown rice, milk, poultry) and vitamin C foods to
stimulate the circulation and relieve cold feet.
