Cracked Heel, Sole

  • Add a few pieces of dried tamarind slice into a basin of warm water. Soak the feet in for about ½ hour every day until the cracked heel, sole subsides, or paste tamarind (without the seeds, that has been rubbed with a little water to make paste) on the cracks for 10 minutes.
  • Grind a handful of henna leaves till fine. Add 2 tablespoons lime juice and apply on the cracked heel, sole.
  • Cut the head-end of an unripe papaya and apply the gel found there over the cracked heel, sole.
  • Apply chicken fat that has been heated and melted into oil over the cracked heel, sole area frequently.
  • Mix a little lime juice with a clove of pounded garlic. Rub the mixture frequently on the cracked heel, sole area until condition improves.
  • Rub the cracked heel, sole against dewy grass in the morning. Do frequently until condition improves.
  • Rub a cut onion on the affected areas frequently. Let dry.
  • Apply on the areas cooking oil that has been used to fry fish.
