Teeth and Gums

Eat apples, pears or melons for mouth cleansing and to prevent tooth decay at least an hour after meals
as part of the proper dental hygiene routine.

As a gargle in dental hygiene, use 3 teaspoons cider vinegar in 1 glass water in the morning and night.

Mix a pinch of pepper powder with ¼ teaspoon common salt. Use it daily in dental hygiene to
prevent dental caries, bad breath, bleeding
and painful gums and toothache.

Boil ½ teaspoon black seed in 1 cup vinegar and use it to rinse teeth and gums.

For loose teeth, mix ½ teaspoon mustard oil with a little salt. Use this mixture to massage teeth and
gums with for 10 minutes 2x daily.

Add 1 teaspoon each cinnamon and cardamom into 1 glass boiling water. Filter and use as a gargle when
warm.

Massage affected gums with olive oil and ordinary salt.

For severe toothache and gum disease with pus, mix grounded pineapple pith with a little salt and paste
on the side of the cheek with the aching tooth and gums. Let dry, and repeat as part of the dental
hygiene routine until condition improves.

For gum ailments or abscess, gargle 1 teaspoon grounded fried cloves and add
to in 1 cup lukewarm water. Do it frequently for dental hygiene. Alternatively, place chewed clove on
the gum, or soak a cotton ball in clove oil and place on the affected area.

For oral abscess, apply raspberry or comfrey leaves soaked in hot water (for a few minutes) to the
area.

For gingivitis and bleeding gums, drink 1 teaspoon lime or lemon juice in 1 cup water often. Also,
massage the gums with coconut oil frequently.
