Depression Treatment
Depression is a persistent and pervasive feeling of sadness and gloom.

Depression Treatment involves encouraging those affected by depression to be active, and to
challenge their own thinking (psychotherapy) and medication (drugs).

Take a pinch of saffron regularly to reduce depression.

Take only three meals a day: Ideally, fruits, nuts and seeds and/or with milk for breakfast, steamed
vegetables for lunch and green vegetables, sprouts, cottage cheese for dinner.

Rub the top of the head and soles of the feet with sesame oil.

Rub onto the scalp and soles of the feet with coconut or sunflower oil at bedtime.

Drink boiled thin tea water with ¼ teaspoon powdered cardamom seeds added.

Instill 3-5 drops sesame oil in each nostril morning and evening on an empty stomach.

Mix ½ teaspoon gotu kola or ginkgo tea in 1 cup hot water and drink 2-3x daily.

Fast on apple juice for 3-4 days.

Strictly avoid, coffee, alcohol, chocolate and cola, sugar, all white flour products, colorings,
chemical additives, white rice and strong condiments.
