Dermatitis
Dermatitis is inflammation of the skin which causes it to be dry, flaky and itchy.

For dermatitis due to internal causes, go on a fresh juice fruits fast for a minimum of 1 week.
Eat meals 3x a day on juicy fruits such as apples,
grapes, oranges, pineapples and papaya at five hourly intervals. After the fruit diet, adopt a
restricted diet for 10 more days with breakfast consisting of orange juice or grapefruit. Take lunch in
the form of raw salad, consisting of vegetables available in season, with raisins, figs or dates. For
dinner, take steamed vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, spinach, turnips or cauliflower, with a few
nuts or fresh fruit. Avoid all condiments, spices, white sugar and its products, white flour and its
products, tea, coffee and other stimulating drinks. After the 10-day diet restricted diet, gradually
adopt a well-balanced diet of seeds, nuts and grains, vegetables and fruits with emphasis on
fresh fruits and raw vegetables.

For severe dermatitis, adopt a fruit or vegetables juices fast for 3-5 days. Then follow with the
restricted diet for 10-15 days. This regiment can be repeated when the dermatitis condition has
improved and when normality has resumed.

Consume lots of fruits and vegetables juices especially apple, carrot and celery or take 175ml of
each of these juices combined, which is excellent for dermatitis. Avoid drugs or any other medicine at
this point.

For dermatitis due to external causes, apply a mixture of bicarbonate soda to neutralize the poisonous
acids and olive oil to keep the flesh soft.

Avoid white sugar and its products, refined carbohydrates, tea, coffee, and other denatured foods.

Other measures: Take Epsom-salts baths 2-3x a week or bathe the affected areas 2x daily in a bowl
of hot water with 100gms Epsom salts added. After the bath, apply a little olive oil (optional but
recommended). Engage in moderate exercise to purify the blood and prevent toxemia. Get plenty of fresh
air with adequate physical and mental rest. Avoid exposure to cold and eat and sleep at regular hours.
