Dizziness

  • Inhale a chopped onion until tears welled up. Inhaling the ammonia in the onions brings more blood supply to the brain, hence correcting dizziness.
  • Smell sandalwood oil or incense.
  • For dizziness due to dehydration (sometimes from physical exertion), just drink some water.
  • For dizziness then fainting, sprinkle some water on the face.
  • Mix 2 teaspoons each apple cider vinegar and honey in 1 glass hot or cold water and take the mixture 3x a day.
  • Take 1 teaspoon lime juice in a glass of hot water.
  • To relieve dizziness, insert the index finger into the ear and pull the ear gently upward, then forward, and downward.
