Dizziness

Inhale a chopped onion until tears welled up. Inhaling the ammonia in the onions brings more blood
supply to the brain, hence correcting dizziness.

Smell sandalwood oil or incense.

For dizziness due to dehydration (sometimes from physical exertion),
just drink some water.

For dizziness then fainting, sprinkle some water on the face.

Mix 2 teaspoons each apple cider vinegar and honey in 1 glass hot or cold water and take the mixture 3x
a day.

Take 1 teaspoon lime juice in a glass of hot water.

To relieve dizziness, insert the index finger into the ear and pull the ear gently upward, then
forward, and downward.
