  • Take a slice of mango skin and roast over a fire until burnt. Pound the burnt skin and add a little coconut oil to the powder. Apply the powder over affected skin and do it repeatedly until the eczema dries up and disappears.
  • Apply an oatmeal poultice over the eczema.
  • Make a paste by rubbing a nutmeg against a smooth stone slab with a little water. Apply to the eczema.
  • Apply fresh mint juice or the juice of apricot leaves over the eczema.
  • Gamma-linoleic acid from evening primrose oil and grape seed may help relieve eczema.
  • Eat fresh tomatoes to help prevent eczema.
  • Wash and put a large helping of watercress in a water-filled pan. Boil, then reduce the heat and simmer slowly. When the leaves are tender, strain the mixture through a thin cloth. Refrigerate and when needed, use the water as a bath for eczema.
  • Only eat only pure and wholesome foods. Avoid tea, coffee, sugar, salt, white flour products, alcoholic beverages, all condiments and highly flavored dishes, denatured cereals like polished rice, pearled barley and canned foods.
  • Other measures : Get lots of fresh air, wear loose clothing, bath 2-3x a day (vigorously rubbing the non-affected skin vigorously with the palm of the hands before the bath), expose to the morning sun right after dawn to kill harmful bacteria, walking or jogging to activate the bowels.
