Epilepsy

Epilepsy is a neurological disorder resulting in seizures.

prevents and treats seizures, epilepsy disorders
  • For epilepsy treatment, fast on strictly fruits for a few days, taking fresh juicy fruits like apples, oranges, peaches, pears, grapes, grapefruit, pineapple and melon for meals 3x a day. After the fruit fast, adopt a well-balanced diet of seeds, nuts and grains (especially sprouted seeds such as alfalfa and mung beans), vegetables (especially raw) and fruits. Include raw milk (preferably goat’s milk) and milk products such as raw butter and homemade cottage cheese in moderate amounts. Strictly avoid all animal proteins (except milk) for their lack of magnesium and their tendency to fleece magnesium and vitamin B6 off the body, which epilepsy patients need lots of. Best food sources of magnesium: raw nuts, seeds, soyabean, green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, beet-tops etc.
  • Use olive oil for massage.
  • Massage the head with fresh lime juice. Shower off.
  • Massage the body with the juice of basil leaves (or use a massage oil made with a oil base and essential oil of basil). Also smell the blossom soft basil frequently (the essential oil of blossoms can be kept in handkerchief and sniffed, or grow a basil plant nearby). Add a pinch of salt to 11 grounded leaves of basil and instill a few drops in the nostrils of the the epilepsy patient when they lose consciousness during an attack.
  • For epileptic seizures, use as nasal drops ¼ teaspoon pepper powder heated in ½ teaspoon ghee. (This will cause a temporary burning sensation.)
  • Avoid all foods refined, fried and greasy, sugar and sugar-made products, strong tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages, condiments and pickles. Also avoid over-eating and take frequent small meals rather than a few large ones. Don't eat large meals before going to bed.
  • Avoid fatigue, alcohol, physical and mental stress, and too much excitement. Exercise in the open air, adopt an optimistic attitude and refrain from worry.
  • Other measures : Dip the feet in a bucket of hot water and apply a hot and cold compress (a towel can be used) alternately for 2-3 minutes each to the base of the skull above the nape. Repeat 4x, twice a day. Applying mud packs on the abdomen 2x daily help remove toxins in the intestines and speed up epilepsy relief. Take epsom-salt bath 2x weekly.
