Add 4 teaspoons grated ginger to a warm bath. Soak in this to open the pores and promote
perspiration to rid the body of toxins and relieve fever.

Drink any of these freshly extracted juices (without sugar or ice) mixed in 1:1 distilled water: lime,
lemon, orange or grapefruit to cleanse the system of toxins and relieve fever.

Boil 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds in 1 glass water. Drink it 2-3x a day. Add a little honey or lemon
juice for flavor.

Drink 1 cup fresh lemon or lime juice mixed in coconut water to hydrate and reduce fever.

Fresh apricot juice to be taken mixed with a little glucose or honey.

Pomegranate fruit juice to be taken frequently.

Boil a washed and peeled thumb-sized ginger root in 1 cup water for 2 - 3 minutes. Add the juice of ½
lemon, a pinch of cayenne pepper and lastly ¼ teaspoon honey. Drink immediately when warm.

Mix 2 parts each coriander and
cinnamon and 1 part ginger to make tea
powder. Steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup hot water for 10 minutes, then drink every few hours.

Mix cumin, coriander and fennel seeds in equal parts to make tea powder. Steep 1 teaspoon in 1 cup
boiling water for 10 minutes. Strain, then drink.

Take 2 teaspoons cilantro juice 3x daily. Make cilantro juice by grinding a handful of cilantro leaves
in blender with one-third cup water. Strain the pulp and drink.
