  • For a soothing foot treatment, add 3 oz. each salt and bicarbonate of soda to a basin of water and soak the feet in.
  • For a foot soothing treatment, add 1 cup honey to 4 liters warm water and soak the feet in for 15 minutes. Rinse off with cool water. Towel dry foot thoroughly.
  • For aching foot, mix 3 drops clove oil with 3 tablespoons sesame oil and use it as foot rub.
  • For aching foot, massage thoroughly onto the feet a mixture of 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel and ½ teaspoon peppermint oil.
  • To smoothen the foot, soak the foot in warm water and rub the callused parts with a rough towel. Then massage with a mixture of 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1 teaspoon vinegar.
  • To exfoliate and smoothen the foot, mix ½ cup each oatmeal, cornmeal and coarse salt. Add 4 tablespoons aloe vera gel and massage the feet thoroughly with the mixture: heel, pads, between the toes, up to the ankle. Rinse off with a warm shower spray.
  • Soak the foot in a pan of warm water with ½ cup cider vinegar added to soften the skin.
  • Mix 2 teaspoons oatmeal and 1 teaspoon each olive oil lemon juice and glycerin with 1-2 teaspoon warm water. Apply to the foot and leave 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
