Hay Fever

Hay fever is allergy usually caused by pollens or airborne articles.

relieves symptoms of hay fever and other allergies – sneezing, itchy eyes and runny nose
  • Take 1 tablespoon honey after meals before hay-fever season. During the season, take 2 teaspoons honey and 2 teaspoons cider vinegar in 1 glass water 3x a day.
  • Chewing the tops of honey comb stimulates the immune system due to the minute amounts of pollen. During the hay fever season chew for 20 minutes a teaspoon of bee capping (tops) 5 - 6x a day. Highly effective and useful for asthma sufferers as well.
  • Drink a cup of water that has been soaked with 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds for 10 minutes. Do it everyday.
  • Boil for 10 minutes minced grapefruit and lemon rind in 1 cup water. Cool, then add 1 teaspoon honey. Take 3 teaspoons a day.
  • Take 3-4 cups (1-2 cups for young children) warm chamomile tea during allergy and hay fever season. Also inhale the warm vapors of chamomile tea.
