Blend a starfruit and ½ glass water in a mixer, filter the juice and drink it 2x a day to reduce
heatiness.
Grind 1 cucumber in a mixer to drink.
Add 1 egg-yolk to 1 glass water of a young coconut. Blend well, then add 1 teaspoon honey and stir.
Drink frequently.
Grind the pulp of tamarind (without the seeds) into a fine paste. Place in a thin cloth and squeeze out
the juice. Mix 2 teaspoons of the juice with 2 teaspoons each honey and lime juice in 1 cup water.
Drink the mixture on an empty stomach.
