Hemorrhoid treatment depends on the severity of the problem, but most of the time it is self-treatment at home.

  • For a hemorrhoid treatment, rest for a few days the whole digestive tract and cleanse the intestines thoroughly by embarking on strictly fresh fruit diet for a minimum 7 days. Thereafter, adopt a natural diet to soften the stools.
  • Clean 3-4 figs thoroughly with hot water to easily digest them later. Soak them overnight in cold water and take 1x early the next morning and 1x in the evening. Repeat 3-4 weeks. Take the fig together with the water used to soak them. This keeps the alimentary clean, relieve pressure off the anus and contracts the hemorrhoid.
  • Drink a minimum 6 - 8 glasses of water a day to prevent hemorrhoid.
  • Drink ½ cup pure aloe vera juice 3x daily for hemorrhoid relief.
  • Take 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel with a pinch of ginger 2x daily.
  • Add 2 teaspoons cilantro juice in 1 cup carrot juice and drink 2x daily on an empty stomach.
  • Drink buttermilk after meals.
  • Boil 1 mashed ripe banana in 1 cup milk and take 2-3x daily.
  • Take 3x a day a mixture of 1 teaspoon each fresh mint and lime juices with 1 tablespoon honey. ½ teaspoon ginger juice can also be added to the mixture.
  • Take ½ teaspoon black seed in powdered form with water, or roast 1 tablespoon black seeds for 5-10minutes, then mix with 1 tablespoon unroasted ones and ground into fine powder. Take ½ teaspoon with a glass of water.
  • Mix 1 teaspoon honey with the juice of 15 - 20 tender curry leaves. Drink the mixture.
