  • For hypertension treatment, consume a natural diet consisting of more fresh fruits and preferably raw vegetables such as cabbage, carrot, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, radish and spinach, restricting flesh-foods intake to get rid of built up toxins, and lower the blood pressure and potential blood clotting. In the initial first week or more, take only fresh fruits at 5-hour intervals 3x daily. Fruits like apples, pears, oranges, guava, watermelon, pineapples, mangoes and raspberry can be taken. Avoid bananas and jackfruit. After this fruit fast, fresh milk can be added. After 2 weeks, cereals can be added.
  • Consume vitamin P found in lemon juice and peel to prevent weak capillaries and control blood pressure.
  • Take adequate potassium found aplenty in fruits and vegetables and calcium in dairy products to help the body excrete excess sodium and strengthen the workings of the vascular system, avoiding hypertension.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon grounded black seed, 1 tablespoon pure honey and a little garlic. Take the mixture before breakfast every morning for 20 days.
  • Take a mixture of 1 teaspoon each honey, ginger juice and cumin powder 2x a day.
  • Take 2 teaspoons mixed onion juice and pure honey in 1:1 quantity once a day, or soak 300gm in 1 liter water for 12 hours, then drink the water 3 glasses a day.
