Place 1 teaspoon honey in a basin of hot water. Cover the head with a towel over the basin and inhale
the fumes to relieve nasal congestion.

Grind equal amounts cardamom seeds, cinnamon, black pepper and cumin to make powder and sniff
frequently to induce sneezing and relieve nasal congestion.

Sniff the steam from a heated pan of ½ cup apple cider vinegar. Add water if vapor is too strong. If
nasal congestion occurs again, repeat the process. Also, drink a glass of water added with 1
teaspoon apple cider vinegar during meals to aid nasal congestion recovery.

For a blocked and runny nose, inhale the vapors of 1 large container of boiling water that has been
added with about ¼ cup salt. Immerse in the water with eyes and mouth closed but inhaling deeply for a
few seconds. Repeat 3-4x.

Sprinkle cayenne pepper on food, or drink a glass of water with ¼ tsp added to ease nasal congestion.

Add 1 tablespoon grounded carom seeds in a bowl of boiling water. Inhale the vapors frequently to ease
nasal congestion. For infants, place the grounded carom seeds in a thin cotton cloth near its pillow.

When nasal congestion is accompanied with violent sneezing, soak fried and finely grounded black seeds
in vegetable oil. Instill 3-4 drops in each nostril.
