Strength and Stamina

  • To gain strength and stamina, prepare a mixture of 1 whole egg, 1 tablespoon honey, ½ tablespoon lime juice and ½ thumb-sized grounded turmeric. Drink this mixture 2x a week. For men, a small amount of white pepper or grapes can be added optionally.
  • Soak 2 - 3 dried figs in 1 cup water overnight . Eat the figs with 1 tablespoon honey the next morning. Do this for 1 month to gain strength and stamina.
  • Take 2x daily mango slices that have been sprinkled with 1 teaspoon honey, a pinch of saffron, powdered cardamom and rose water.
  • Drink everyday 1 cup fresh mango juice followed by ½ cup warm milk with a pinch each of cardamom and nutmeg and 1 tsp ghee added about an hour later.
  • Eat 1 ripe mango followed by 1 cup warm milk with 1 teaspoon ghee everyday. (After the ghee is added, leave the mixture for an hour before consumption).
  • Take 1 tsp of dried and powdered onion seeds with 1 tsp honey 3x daily.
  • Mix 1 whole egg, 1 tablespoon honey and the juice of a thumb-sized turmeric root. Add ¼ teaspoon white pepper. Blend well and drink 3x a week (for men) and 2x a week for women.
  • Soak 10 almonds and 1 teaspoon rice overnight. In the morning, remove the skin and grind the almonds and rice to make paste. Add in a few tablespoons whole milk (as preferred) and a pinch of turmeric powder. Boil, then drink. Some honey may be added to sweeten.
